A volunteer blog was put together as a “carrot” form of communication…updating volunteers of upcoming events and opportunities and recognizing volunteers that came out to help. I was in charge of volunteers, so part of the project was to document the process of coordinating volunteers across six separate markets spread out around town over the course of a summer and winter season.
